【个人简介】
1991年湖南农业大学获工学学士学位,1996年北京工商大学获工学硕士学位,1996-2001,先后在美国华盛顿大学(1998)和华盛顿州立大学(2001)获得理学硕士和博士学位。2002-2004年,华盛顿州立大学,博士后;2004-2008年,纽约城市大学皇后学院,助理教授;2009-2017,上海海洋大学教授、博士生导师,其间,入选上海市“东方学者”特聘教授和上海市“浦江人才”计划;2017年9月至今,bat365在线唯一官网登录教授。主要从事食品加工及储藏过程中理化变化以及基于光谱分析的快速检测技术研究。主持承担国家自然科学基金项目、135国家重点研发项目子课题、上海市科委地方能力建设项目、湖南省国际合作重点研发等多项科研项目。在Food Chemistry,Food Hydrocolloids,Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety等期刊发表论文80余篇;授权国家发明专利4项。
